HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER - CLARAMOUNT CLUB

We're seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team. Your role is essential to maintaining the welcoming, refined atmosphere that defines the Claramount experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas. Train and coach staff to follow Claramount's quality, safety, and presentation standards. Oversee inventory management of linens, amenities, and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels. Perform daily inspections to uphold standards of luxury, comfort, and attention to detail. Assist with hands-on cleaning duties during peak times, leading by example. Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Respond to guest requests, preferences, and concerns promptly and professionally. Foster a culture of pride, teamwork, and personalized service.

What We're Looking For:

Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience in hospitality. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Professional and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage a team efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and occupational health and safety standards.
