A Housekeeping Manager oversees the operations of the Housekeeping Department and reports directly to General Manager
Hiring, Training and Supervising room attendant staff to complete daily tasks
Developing staff schedules and managing staffing level upon occupancy on a daily basis
Ensuring productivity and high Cleanliness standards are maintained in guest rooms and public areas
Purchasing cleaning supplies, linens and equipment to maintain sufficient inventory and cost control
Working with the Resort guests who have specific housekeeping needs
Coordinating housekeeping needs with other department managers
Performing cleaning tasks or assisting laundry when the team is shorthanded
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year
