Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at Best Western Plus Bowmanville. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms and common areas Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies Report any maintenance issues to management Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including lobbies and restrooms Follow safety and sanitation policies Assist with laundry duties as needed Provide excellent customer service to guests Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Housekeeper or similar role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an asset Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy items Positive attitude and strong work ethic
