The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas while also assisting with guest check-ins, basic computer tasks, and day-to-day front desk support.
This role is essential in delivering a welcoming, organized, and professional guest experience. Prior experience in hospitality, cleaning, or customer service is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean environment
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management
Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
Adhere to sanitation and hygiene protocols
Front Desk / Reception Duties
Assist with guest check-ins and basic guest inquiries when required
Perform minor computer tasks, including updating reservations, sending emails, and simple data entry
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests
Communicate clearly with management and other staff regarding guest needs and operational matters
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, customer service, or custodial work is an asset but not required
Comfortable using basic computer systems, email, and simple software
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and organization
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina for repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
Clear communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain guest confidentiality
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Reliability and punctuality are essential
