The House Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a household. This position involves overseeing daily activities, and maintaining an organized and efficient living environment.
Duties
Laundry. Making beds and ensuring clean sheets are on the bed
Cleaning washrooms, light housekeeping to other party of the home including kitchen
Organizing and picking up items such as toys
Running errands such as grocery pick up, dry cleaning
Meal preparation, washing fruits and veggies, starting a supper for the family.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing personnel.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or schedules within the household.
