Job Description


The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER TO PURCHASE (221-011-LA)The goal of this course is to prepare the students to present documents to the concerned persons within the context of a promise to purchase, lease or exchange of a residential property. Moreover, the student will learn how to inform the customer about mortgage credit ad how to direct the client towards appropriate resources. The student will also learn to negotiate a residential real estate transaction and ensure its follow-up. These exercises will further develop the student\'s ability to draft a promise to purchase, lease or exchange of a residential property.Required Qualifications :Must have a thorough knowledge of how to present documents to the concerned persons within the context of a promise to purchase,
lease or exchange of a residential property.
Must have a bachelor\'s degree in a related field and be a licensed Lawyer or Notary in Quebec or be a licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker in Quebec,
or have a minimum of 6 years\' experience as a Residential Real Estate Broker or Agent.
This course is taught in English; excellent communication skills in English required.
