The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course INTRODUCTION TO RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE (221-001-LA)This course will allow the future residential real estate broker to acquire the knowledge, know-how and life skills necessary to characterize the real estate market, his/her future job function and the related conditions of practice, which will also help them to validate their decision to become a residential real estate broker.Required Qualifications :Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker or Agent in Quebec.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the competencies, know-how and business skills necessary to perform as a Real Estate Broker in Quebec.
Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, or a minimum of 6 years' experience as a Residential Real Estate Broker or Agent.
This course is taught in English; excellent communication skills in English are required.
