The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of REAL ESTATE BUSINESS LAW (221-003-LA)This course is designed to introduce students to the different aspects of Quebec Law as it applies to Business and Real Estate Brokerage. Students will learn to identify the different forms of business ownership and the rules of Quebec Law applicable to them and which may affect the practice of real estate brokerage and transactions. They will also learn to identify the various rules of business contracts and employment law.Required Qualifications :Must have a thorough knowledge of Quebec Law as it applies to Business and Real Estate Brokerage.
Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and be a licensed Lawyer or Notary in Quebec.
This course is taught in English; excellent communication skills in English are required.
