The Continuing Education department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course EMPLOYEE SELECTION PROCESS (410-230-LA).



This course explores the recruitment and staffing processes. Topics include examining the current labour market, analyzing the human resources needs of the organization, participating in the recruitment process and selection activities, developing recruitment tools, participating in selection activities, coordinating employee onboarding, and contributing to staff retention efforts.


Required Qualifications :




Must have demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, as well as common e-recruitment and e-resume management software. Must have a thorough knowledge of the hiring process and human resource management. Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience or bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in human resources. Experience teaching an adult clientele is an asset.
