The Continuing Education department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS (410-233-LA).
This course explores the knowledge and practical skills related to remuneration and benefits management in human resources. Students will examine remuneration policies, determining an employee's pay scale, administering employee payroll files, understanding benefit plans, and effectively communicating remuneration and benefits information.
Required Qualifications :
Must have in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with compensation and benefits payable to employees and common software used to manage these. Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience or bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in human resources. Experience teaching an adult clientele in a similar program is an asset.
