Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel.

Duties:

Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards and training guidelines. This includes:

Changing and replacing bed linens, pillowcases, and duvet covers.

Vacuuming carpets, sweeping, and mopping floors.

Dusting furniture, light fixtures, and other surfaces.

Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, and mirrors.

Wiping down and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as remote controls, doorknobs, and light switches.

Ensuring a tidy and inviting room setup for the next guest.

Restock and distribute guest amenities to maintain a fully equipped and comfortable space.

Inspect rooms and report any issues to the appropriate department.

Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure all rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.

Perform additional tasks as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager to support overall hotel operations.

What you bring to the table:

At least 1 Year of direct housekeeping experience in a hotel setting

Positive and hardworking attitude

Ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Should be able to work in a team environment and individually.

Must be available to work shifts during the day, on weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
