Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas in our hotel. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, according to hotel standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance. Vacuum carpets and clean floors in guest rooms and hallways. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Restock housekeeping supplies in guest rooms and storage areas as needed. Assist with laundry duties when required to ensure timely availability of clean linens. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated time frames. Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques is an advantage. A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members in the hospitality industry.
