Job Description
The Rex Hotel is looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist who has Customer Service experience. Computer, Organizational, and Communication
skills are top priority. Digital Design and Social Media skills are favourable. Candidates must be professional, responsible and welcoming and familiar with downtown Toronto, and a fan of live music!
3 Shifts minimum per week:
Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
and
Monday: 3pm - 11pm
Daily tasks include greeting guests upon arrival and departure, assisting guests with bookings, luggage handling, itinerary planning, managing cloud-based reservations, point-of-sales transactions, receiving phone-calls, responding to emails, communicating effectively with all guests and staff.

Toronto, ON M5V 1Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
