Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Process reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
Assist with billing inquiries and ensure accurate payment processing.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Address any guest complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions.
Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservation systems and phone etiquette.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
