Oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally during nighttime hours.
Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and payments.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or issues.
Monitor security and safety protocols during night hours, reporting any irregularities or incidents.
Prepare and submit daily audit reports to management.
Utilize hotel management and accounting systems efficiently for night audit and front desk operations.
Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
