Job Description
We are seeking positive attitude, energetic, Responsible, reliable, excellent customer service and accounting operations running smoothly persons to join our front desk team.
be responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift.
check in guests arriving at night, handle guest requests and take reservations.
The night auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks.
A high school diploma or equivalent along with 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality is required. Successful night auditors possess excellent mathematical skills and strong customer service skills.
