Full-Time Night Auditor / Guest Services Agent
to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and keeping nightly operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
Perform accurate
check-in, check-out, and reservation
procedures.
Complete nightly
audit balancing
for rooms, revenues, and taxes; prepare summary reports for management.
Arrive
on time
for all scheduled shifts in proper uniform and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance.
Conduct
security walks
throughout the hotel and exterior areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with brand standards.
Perform
light housekeeping duties
such as wiping lobby surfaces, tidying the front desk area, and ensuring the coffee station is stocked and clean.
Maintain accurate
cash handling
, post charges, and verify shift paperwork.
Answer phones and emails, handle guest inquiries, and resolve concerns calmly and professionally.
Promote the
Hilton Honors
program and follow through on guest benefit delivery.
Maintain a
neat, organized front desk, lobby, and back office
at all times during the shift.
Complete all required
Hilton training modules
and certifications within assigned timelines.
Take
ownership and accountability
for shift performance, ensuring handover notes are clear and complete.
Support other departments when needed (e.g., assisting with emergencies, restocking pantry items).
Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the
General Manager or their delegate
.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services is an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and accountability.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure or emergency situations.
Good communication and teamwork skills must work well independently and as part of a small team.
Must be
punctual
, reliable, and willing to take initiative.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM).
