Position Overview: We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum Class 5 Power Engineering Certificate and proven experience in maintenance to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs of hotel equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of all equipment.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized maintenance workshop and storage areas.
• Assisting with special projects and renovations as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Class 5 Power Engineering Certificate.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
