Responsibilities: As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and mechanical systems.
• Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any major concerns or safety hazards.
• Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of equipment.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A valid trades certificate or class 5 power engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
