IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused
Hotel Front Desk Clerk
to join our hospitality operations in Canada. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering outstandingguest services, front desk operations, and reservation support
while ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.This role is ideal for individuals with strong
customer service, hotel reception, and administrative skills
who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.#
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests and manage
hotel check-in and check-out procedures
Handlereservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
Provide accurate information abouthotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Process payments, invoices, andfront desk transactions
Maintain accurate records usinghotel management and PMS systems
Respond to guest concerns professionally to ensureguest satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regardingroom status
Followhospitality standards, safety policies, and company procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a
Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Front Desk Agent, or Receptionist
Strongcustomer service and communication skills
Knowledge ofhotel front desk operations and reservation systems
Ability to multitask in afast-paced hospitality environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude Basic computer andPMS system proficiency

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
hotels, resorts, or hospitality environments
Familiarity withproperty management systems (PMS)
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Availability forrotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
