We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The Front Desk plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during any shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing communication with guests and providing exceptional guest services throughout our guest stay. Taking Reservations and Guest Check In expert communicative manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for hospitality.
Duties

Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Handle phone systems effectively, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management.
Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in front desk operations and familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
A background in guest services or related fields will be beneficial for success in this role.
