POSITION: Bell Person/Concierge
REPORTING TO: Guest Services Manager
We are searching for an energetic and dynamic individual with a consistently high degree of professionalism that is passionate about exceptional Guest Service delivery. The successful applicant will provide excellence in product and city knowledge for our guests and visitors and own each and every interaction. This position will be of interest to an individual who is a self-starter in nature and who will be able to quickly make a difference to service levels by demonstrating a relentless desire to exceed guest expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Greet all guests with a smile and enthusiasm so they receive a warm and positive first impression
Offer assistance to all guests (eg. luggage, reservations, theatre, etc)
Develop rapport with guests and inform them of your role
Up-sell the property and describe services available
Establish a network of contacts with local businesses and keep current with local attractions, special events, etc.
Ensure baggage for tours is handled in a fast, accurate and efficient manner
Operate the PBX (switchboard) system
Any other duties assigned by Hotel Management and Guest Service Supervisors
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
