The Verity Women's Club and The Ivy at Verity Hotel are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for a part-time Concierge and occasional overnight position. As the concierge, you will be the key resource for our members and guests--offering personalized service and a wealth of information to make their experience unforgettable. Whether it's recommending the best local attractions, booking reservations, or managing requests, you will be the heart of our guest and member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and members with a warm, professional check-in/check-out process. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, offering helpful, timely, and accurate information. Assist with booking tickets, making restaurant reservations, and managing special requests. Process payments via credit cards and handle nightly batch closings. Register members for exclusive events and activities. Perform opening and closing duties of the Club, including light cleaning and maintenance. Handle various administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a hotel concierge role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work under pressure. A calm and professional demeanor with a positive attitude and sense of humor. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset but not required. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends, weekdays, holidays, and the potential for overnight coverage (for illness and holidays). Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism. No students or secuirty guards, please--ideal candidates will have the availability for consistent shifts.*

Pay: $16.55-$25.03 per hour
