Overview:Industrial Labourer (DAY SHIFT & NIGHT SHIFT)Sureway Construction is one of Alberta\xe2\x80\x99s largest heavy construction contractors, with over 50 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, involved in; civil earthworks and grading, utilities and offsite, mine operation and aggregate extraction.2024 Season 5% RETENTION BONUS (*as per qualifying requirements)Work for Sureway and enjoy being home with your family/friends every night!We offer: Benefits, RRSP/TFSA Matching, Night Shift PremiumJob Type: Full Time, Seasonal, Project-basedSchedule: NIGHT SHIFT, 10+ Hours/day, 4-6 days per week, OT after 10hrs/day or 40hrs/week, must be willing to work weekends.Location: Edmonton (non-camp position, required to live in the area) - no direct access to public transportationEssential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditionsRequirements:
- Personal Reliable Vehicle
- CSA approved steel toed boots with 6\xe2\x80\x9d ankle support
- Drug and alcohol testing (urine-based test)
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
- Heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and outdoor work.
- General labourer duties.
- Promote, execute and adhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
