Galaxy Motel is seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized
Hotel Associate
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the motel runs smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet guests, check them in and out efficiently.
Reservations Management:
Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications -- both over the phone and through online systems.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Telephone Management:
Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
Housekeeping Support:
Assist with laundry duties, prepare rooms for housekeeping, and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Clear garbage, maintain cleanliness in common areas, and monitor basic motel upkeep.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with management and other staff to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Hospitality experience preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (especially with reservation software).
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
