The Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of service appointments, repairs/maintenance and hot tub deliveries at client properties. The Service Coordinator will work with the Service Team to ensure that the customer experience is always positive and that the customer is satisfied with their experience.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments, service calls, site inspections and quotes for customers.
Communicate effectively with the service technicians, store manager and customers to ensure a positive experience.
Coordinate with other parties (such as electricians, water delivery service, crane operators, landscapers, etc.) to ensure service, installation and removal of hot tubs is done effectively.
Ensure that all paperwork for services are invoiced to the customer in a timely manner.
Processing Accounts Receivables
Submitting warranty claims
Work with the purchaser to ensure that all parts for service are ordered and are being filled in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience.
Experience in service industry would be an asset but not required.
Must have flexibility in scheduling; able to work weekends as needed.
Previous experience working in customer service or related field strongly preferred.
