Service Department Order Writer & Scheduler
to join our team in Winnipeg!
What You'll Do:
? Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule pool and hot tub service appointments
? Process and write up service orders with accuracy and attention to detail
? Coordinate schedules for our service technicians, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
? Provide outstanding customer support, answering inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts
? Work closely with our service team to manage daily operations and maintain workflow
What We're Looking For:
? Previous experience in a call center, scheduling, or administrative role
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
? Proficiency with scheduling software and data entry
? A customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
