Full Time Hot Tub Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled Hot Tub Service Technician to join our team.

We need an ambitious and hardworking person who does not mind working outdoors. We prize reliability and accuracy above all else, so we require a Technician who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task. Our company offers an in-house training program for the right applicant. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong dedication to providing exceptional service for customers. A company vehicle will be provided.

Hot Tub Service Technician 's Responsibilities;

Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports using our inhouse software system.
Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
Work closely with our administration team and share information across the organization.
Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
Build positive relationships with customers.

Hot Tub Service Technician's Skills;

min 2 years outdoor hot tub service experience - required
Positive attitude
Able to work with all levels of staff
Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
High level of attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
