Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Hot Tub Salesperson

to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers select the perfect hot tub or spa for their needs, educating them on features and benefits, and driving sales through excellent service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting hot tubs, spas, and accessories based on their preferences, budget, and space. Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, warranties, maintenance requirements, and financing options. Conduct product demonstrations and explain installation processes. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, or in person. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and financing paperwork accurately. Maintain the showroom by keeping displays clean, organized, and stocked. Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Coordinate with delivery and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience post-sale. Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in retail, home improvement, or high-ticket items (experience in hot tub or pool sales is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours. High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or product training is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
