Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for helping people make life-changing purchases? We're looking for a Hot Tub Sales Consultant to join our growing team and help customers discover the perfect hot tub for their home, wellness, and lifestyle.

Duties

Welcome and engage customers in our showroom. Guide them through the sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client needs are met. Provide high-end sales support to clients, assisting them throughout the purchasing process. Manage and follow up on leads promptly and effectively. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Deliver exceptional post-sale customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Skills

Proven success in direct sales (hot tub experience not required). Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline effectively. Experience in high-end sales or dealership environments is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and people skills. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently. A motivated, goal-driven mindset with a team spirit. Proficient phone etiquette for professional communication with clients. Solid understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices. Effective communication skills to convey product benefits clearly to clients.
