Westmount Pool & Spa is looking for retail/sales associates, who are passionate about retail sales and working within a fast paced pool & hot tub industry to join our team. We are hiring 2 retail sales associates for our Guelph location.

We are an energetic family owned and operated vibrant business looking for some ambitious individuals to thrive in a fast paced environment. Relevant experience in the pool & Hot tub industry is an asset but we are willing to train the right candidates.

Position will require the flexibility to work Monday - Saturdays shifts within the retail hours of operations.

Job Requirements:

Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time. Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool strong communications skills Ability to solve problems minimum 1 year retail experience, preferred knowledge of swimming pools & hot tubs an asset quick & motivated learner be neat & clean with appearance work well unsupervised & in a team environment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems Ability to manage time and prioritize Ability to work well unsupervised & in a team environment punctual & reliable
Job details include but not limited to:

learn all aspects of the day to day operations of the store build customer relationships by providing prompt & exceptional sales determine customer needs & recommend the best solution ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency & good judgement foster & build a positive work environment stay knowledgeable about the products, services, promotions & policies & share this knowledge with the team assist with everyday store duties to assist fellow staff & build a team work environment performing in store water testing & analysis (will be trained) cleaning & re-stocking of shelves answering phones & directing phone calls courteously and promptly administrative work ~ filing, processing payments, data entry cleaning & maintaining the retail store, dusting, sweeping, mopping etc. Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack product and price product properly
