We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their dining experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant's offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking reservations or answering questions as needed.
Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Requirements
Previous Host/Host experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
Strong background in food service and customer service, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable.
Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
