Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists efficiently Escort guests to their tables and present menus with professionalism Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately Maintain cleanliness of host stand and dining areas Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems. Answer phone inquiries courteously, providing information about the restaurant and reservation policies, menu inquiries. Support guest needs throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

Previous host/host experience or food service background preferred Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills Demonstrated teamwork and positive attitude toward guest interactions Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $15.70-$20.37 per hour
