We are looking for a server assistants & hosts to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, passionate about the hospitality and eager to learn about the industry. Previous experience in cafe or a restaurant is an asset but not required. Training will be provided, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

You represent the first and last impression of the restaurant. The goal of an excellent host/hostess is to create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest Ability to recognize guests by name and remembering their preferences Stay informed of industry news and trends Ensuring that the information is delivered properly to appropriate Kitchen and Dining Room staff Making reservations for guests based on our table service procedures Responding to all guest needs and directing information to the correct channels when required Run food orders to the correct tables, maintaining a high level of accuracy. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any immediate needs. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining & service areas. Participate in pre-service and post-service tasks, including setting up and cleaning tables. Communicate effectively with the manager and other staff members to ensure a smooth operation. Clean and organize dry storage area Polish glassware & cutlery Perform routine bathroom checks Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications for Success:

Minimum 1+ years of related beverage, food, and service experience Additional education and training may be required Commitment to quality, excellence, and genuine hospitality Passion for creating unique guest experiences Ability to provide warm, humble, and knowledgeable service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong task and time management abilities Willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation Neat and well-groomed appearance Experience in fine dining is preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
