Niagara Clifton Group is hiring Hosts for our Beer Garden Patio. Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Host (Cover Person) will be responsible for checking-in, collecting cover, and providing excellent customer service to our customers when they arrive to enjoy Niagara Clifton Group\xe2\x80\x99s Beer Garden (bar, outdoor patio, and karaoke). Shifts: Afternoons, Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays. Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time, Seasonal. Compensation: $15.50 per hour., plus tip pool participation. Why Choose the Niagara Clifton Group Team?

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Accurately explain cover charges for entry and process transactions.
  • Accommodate special seating requests for customers whenever possible.
  • Answer customers of any questions asked.
  • Thank customers as they leave and invite them to return.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas
  • Complete additional work, including cleaning and assisting other team members.
Qualifications:
  • 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as a host in a high-volume restaurant or bar is preferred.
  • The ability to work independently or as well as part of a team.
  • The ability to multitask, while under pressure, in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with your customers and co-workers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Available to work varied schedules (days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) to support the hours of operation.
