Here at Maple Grove Farm each year brings new ideas and adventures for all of us working here to learn and have fun with. We are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We pride ourselves on our home style Bakery with field to table produce and special event innovations. We create a welcoming environment for both our guests and team members. We currently have two locations, a working Farm and Market in the growing season and in the winter provide food and beverage services at the Mansfield Ski Club.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to oversee the various occasions throughout all seasons. Particularly ensuring continued guest satisfaction and fostering teamwork for success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people in the hospitality industry, experience with serving licensed beverages and have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all aspects of daily operations for serving food & licensed beverages, scheduling, training and coaching employees and ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly Manage and monitor liquor inventory and optimize profitability suggesting signature menu items Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, create a positive working environment for the team Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in hospitality management or a similar role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools (POS and guest services accounts) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
