We provide our expert services to the nation's most exciting live, virtual and hybrid events from corporate events and tradeshows to sporting events, major festivals, concerts and equipment rentals. What you will have the opportunity to do:
Team:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team that results in a positive environment
Work closely with your team to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities for growth and improvement
Identify training initiatives to ensure that your team has the necessary skill set to perform their roles efficiently and with success
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
Management:
Actively liaise with clients, venues, and internal team members to determine event requirements
Create a detailed plan ensuring resource availability, allocation, and the logistics involved to ensure a successful event
Collaborate with the Exhibitor Services team on event details, such as materials handling, exhibitor-specific requirements, and other essential details
Assist in developing a business plan for each new fiscal year and maintain an understanding of the financial processes and systems
Ensure that any updates or additions from an event are noted for billing and that invoices are processed promptly
Evaluate the project and report:
Complete post-event reporting and filing
Client follow-up post-event
Finalize invoicing and billing
Support other branches and divisions through the management of specific events or overseeing particular teams and tasks on larger-scale events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned and deemed necessary
To be successful in this role you have:
3+ years of experience in a similar role of managing events or projects, with a preference for Trade Show/Exhibitions planning
Have the ability to be flexible in working hours and be available to work outside of regular business hours

Permanent Full-Time Position
Based in Kelowna, BC, but the role involves travel throughout BC and beyond
This role involves physical labour and the requirement to work in different event venues and locations, indoors and outdoors, in often loud and bright environments.
Relocation assistance may be available for domestic candidates
