Exercise discretion in resolving client issues, making financial decisions, and escalating matters when necessary. Mentor and guide a team of Event Managers, supporting their growth and aligning their work with BC Place's vision of world-class event delivery. Review team performance and development plans; foster a collaborative and high-functioning culture. Actively contribute to team projects, post-event reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
