Summary of Hospitality Associate:

Completely dedicated to the needs of our new and existing guests/members. They are a part of a team and support their fellow teammates and take pride in their club surroundings. Expectations For Hospitality Associates:

Provide outstanding hospitality to all members and guests by greeting all clients with a smile, eye contact and warm welcome. Ensure all members are appropriately checked in by scanning them in, ensuring accounts are in good standings by collecting any outstanding account balances, etc. Ensure all guests are properly checked-in and registered according to established policies and are directed to appropriate staff based on direction from GM. Answer phone calls and emails in an appropriate timeline by the EA standards and scripting. Make appropriate pages when necessary. Attend all required company meetings. Share internal and external promotional/marketing ideas with your manager. Refers customers to Personal Trainers, Boutique Fitness, Restaurant, and all other Club related partnerships/services Assist in maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility. Other duties as assigned.

Open Availability Opening Shift starting at 4:45AM (Monday to Friday) Closing Shift ending at 11:00PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
