$22.58/hour
Anticipated Normal Work Schedule
Wednesday: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Thursday to Sunday: 8:00am - 1:30pm

Summary
As a Hospitality Associate you will be representing McMaster University Hospitality Services.
Must be able to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of shelves, work areas, floors, walls, counters and all equipment.
Must be able to perform kitchen duties including chopping lettuce, peeling and cutting fruit.
Must be able to efficiently assemble sandwiches, salads, wraps and cups.
May be required to help with Centro operations when needed.
Must follow all recipes closely ensuring ingredient amounts are always accurate.
Display finished products for sale attractively and professionally.
All products produced must meet our quality standards.
Organize work in a timely manner with little or no supervision.
Maintain accurate time, temperature, delivery, and cleaning logs.
Receive and put away product, lifting, rotating stock, disposing of garbage, washing dishes.
Ability to work under pressure independently and as a team member.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
Work efficiently and accurately.
Understands and delivers good customer service.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education & Experience
Food preparation and baker experience an asset.
Must have good communication, reading, writing and English skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service industry.
