Represent McMaster University Hospitality Services
Knife skills and food preparation experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow policies and procedures
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must maintain pre-determined production levels
Communicate with customers and co-workers effectively
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ensure all products are stored, received, and rotated properly (FIFO)
Perform all duties in a consistent manner
Assist in excellent customer service and satisfaction
Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis
Multi-task and work as a team member
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High level of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Other duties as assigned
Must have the Hospitality Associate job description form on file
Education and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience in high production volume required
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
