Horizontal Directional Drilling Hdd Operator/locator

Job Description
We are looking for reliable, competent, and experienced HDD Driller(s)/Locator(s) to work on Telecommunication drilling projects in Edmonton, AB and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
A list of responsibilities and tasks may include but not limited to are;
- Understand and operate Ditch Witch and Vermeer Locating Systems and
Equipment.
- Execute projects according to drawings and diagrams.
- Read and understand locates and as-builts.
- Read, understand and follow all safety and quality control procedures.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Other various labor tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years HDD drilling experience for Fiber Optics.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50lbs+.
- Strong work ethic.
- Work independently and work well with others.
- Valid Class 5 drivers License.
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 / Supervisory training.
- First aid an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
