Engage in technology sales by showcasing the latest products and upselling complementary items. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently. Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales. Utilize strong communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Employ effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales within the home renovations field or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, especially for technology-related products. Strong organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and well-stocked. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management effectively. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone when necessary. A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs and preferences.
