Legacy Remodeling is a growing construction company in Ottawa specializing in decks, patios, fences, interlock, and outdoor living spaces. Our projects typically range from $5,000-$30,000, and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

We're expanding fast and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You'll be given a steady stream of qualified leads every single day, and your job will be to turn those leads into signed contracts.

What We Offer

3-4 new leads every day (90-120 per month) - no cold calling required

Base pay + commission (low risk, high earning potential)

Average earning potential of $4,000-$12,000/month+ once established

Flexible schedule - you manage your time to meet homeowners

Training and support to help you close deals effectively

What You'll Do

Contact and meet homeowners who inquire about decks, patios, interlock, and fencing

Provide professional consultations, quotes, and follow-ups

Close deals and guide clients smoothly through the sales process

Upsell additional features (railings, lighting, landscaping add-ons)

Maintain accurate records of sales activity

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience (construction/home improvement sales preferred, but not required)

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Must have a car and valid driver's license (for site visits)

Professional, dependable, and results-oriented

Compensation

Base Pay: $1,200/month

Commission: 8-10% of project profit (average $300-$1,000 per deal)

Performance bonuses for exceeding targets

Earning Example: Close 12 jobs in a month (average $10,000 project value) ? $3,800-$5,000 commission + base pay
