We are growing and seeking a

Client Care Specialist (Sales Representative)

who will play a key role in connecting families with the care they need. This is not just sales -- it's about guiding families through an important decision and showing them how our services can improve their loved one's quality of life.

What You'll Do

Contact Clients (phone, email, in-person); from families seeking home care. Listen with empathy to understand client needs and recommend the right caregiving solutions. Conduct in-home consultations and build trust with clients and their families. Present service options clearly, including pricing and care plans. Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, and community partners. Achieve monthly client acquisition and sales goals.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

sales, client relations, or business development

(healthcare or home care experience is a strong asset). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- both on the phone and face-to-face. Ability to empathize with families while confidently presenting solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits).
