Company description BRM Energy Consultants provides residential energy audits under The Canada Greener Homes and Enbridge Home Efficiency Rebate Grant Programs. These energy conservation initiatives help households reduce their energy consumption while providing them with access to grants from the federal government for energy efficient building retrofits. Job description BRM Energy Consultants is looking to hire passionate, reliable employees to serve Northern Ontario delivering energy audits to our residential customers. The designation of Energy Advisor (EA) registered with Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) means that a person has met and maintained all of the required qualifications to deliver EnerGuide rating services for eligible homes in Canada. - Great pay and a flexible schedule
- CEA (Certified Energy Advisor) designation or have passed the foundation and Energy Advisor exams (a week long training course and practical mock audits is provided).
- Proficient computer skills using HOT2000 (will train), email, and other every-day computer programs
- Basic knowledge of residential building materials and home construction required.
- Motivated self starter
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license & insurance
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written skills
- Professionalism and meticulous attention-to-detail
- Advanced sense of observation
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
