Job Summary

We are a well known clinic in East York under new management. The clinic is primed for growth with only the limit of available therapists holding us back. We are seeking skilled Certified Holistic Massage Therapists to join our wellness team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping clients through pain, stress and existing medical conditions through therapeutic massage techniques. This position requires strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and preferences. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client goals and health conditions. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as needed. Keep accurate records of client sessions, treatments provided, and any changes in client conditions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Qualifications

Valid holistic license. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in various massage techniques is preferred but not required for entry-level positions. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the field of massage therapy.
