Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
