Summary

We are currently seeking a Server to join our team at Oxford Grill Restaurant. Located in Canada, this role is essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation. Assist with menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries regarding menu items. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all health and safety standards are met. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
