We are looking for Experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent in Calgary and its surrounding cities.

We have commercial agents who are new to the field that need more experienced commercial agent.

- We have a marketing team who generates leads. Generated Leads are subject to 30% split (which is very low compared to traditional 50 or 60% split). We will go to lots of events with booths so we always need agents.

We have training twice a week with different industry experts such as top realtor, lawyer, mortgage broker, immigration consultant, and many more experts to ensure our agents stay on top.

Low monthly fee starting at $30/month

- We still provide great service even with low monthly as we want word of mouth.

Responsive Broker

- Almost always in the office and for emergency, I can answer after-hour call.

No split, only flat fee (flat fee of $300/deal)

- different plans have different monthly and flat fee.

Mentorship Program

- Both New and Experienced REALTORs are welcomed to join the program.

In-house Marketing Team

- Can do Social Media, Website, SEO, Google My Business (Google Map Listing), Design and more. Also in house open house signs and locks available for newer agents.

Physical Office

(Suite 206, 301 14 St NW, Calgary, AB) with Meeting Room - Central location with lots of visitor parking stalls most of the time. REALTORs can work and meet client at meeting room or office.

High Quality Printer + Office Supplies

- We don't charge for printing or supplies, please use as much as you need.

Commission Advance -

Through, AREA we can offer commission advance
Qualifications

Real Estate License Required (RECA)

- if you are in process of getting licensed, we can still train you and take you to showings, listings and etc. (with client permission).

Experience of closing at least 10 commercial deals successfully.

For this role, you will be paid a split on helping newer agents.
